Timely payouts and quick support

Pros

Getting paid on time has been one of the best parts of using it. Most months, the salary even shows up before the month ends which is really impressive. On top of that the customer support team responds very fast and the platform is very simple to use.

Cons

One thing it's still missing is tax-saving benefits for India which feels like a drawback. If they add that feature, it would easily make the product even better.

simple workflow but minor report issues

Pros

Our team has been really happy with how simple this software is to use. It keeps federal and state taxes updated automatically and moving everything over to the accounting software works without any hassle. The whole system is easy to operate and everyone on the team is pleased with it.

Cons

Each time I install an update for this tool, it stops working afterward which makes me think there may be some kind of system glitch. On top of that a few of the custom reports can be problematic.

Handy access

Pros

Using it feels very simple and the biggest plus is being able to work from anywhere. I'm no longer stuck needing to be in a physical office to get things done.

Cons

One frustrating part is how easily files can get duplicated by mistake. If your batches aren't set up properly, cleaning that up can take quite a bit of time.

flexible setup and account control

Pros

Getting this software up and running was very simple and managing it day to day has been just as easy. I'm able to update accounts and make changes without any hassle. The option to add or remove items in the play file is especially useful and that's a big reason it has become our company's top choice.

Cons

really haven't run into anything I dislike about the software. The only thing I've noticed is that there isn't a built-in option to file taxes directly but it's not a major issue for us.

no-fee tool with awesome support

Pros

No monthly or recurring charges which has been a big plus. I've been running this tool daily, weekly and sometimes twice a month and after nearly four months of use, I'm genuinely pleased with how it's been working. A friend pointed me to it and we began with the free trial which was a nice way to get started. We were even able to run four of these tools without paying anything plus the customer support team has been excellent and very helpful whenever needed.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about right now. The only suggestion I've made is to add more custom report options because that would be really useful.

Smooth onboarding and quick support

Pros

Right from downloading the trial through onboarding, everything went really well. Moving over from my previous tool felt a bit stressful at first but this one made the transition very simple. Setup was easy and all I needed to do was upload my old file in CSV format. I did hit one minor snag during setup but the support team responded quickly and helped me both over the phone and online.

Cons

haven't run into any real downsides. We also asked about compatibility with Mac Sierra and they already made it work.

Reliable value with helpful support

Pros

After trying a number of similar services over the years, we eventually settled on CheckMark this tool and it has absolutely been worth the choice. The platform is simple to use, there are no ongoing fees and the customer support team is consistently available whenever I need assistance.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having more tutorial videos available on the website.
