“simplified salary market analysis

Pros

The real benefit is how smoothly you can pull in all that external market data you know those up-to-date salary benchmarks and industry reports.... and then just lay it right alongside our actual employee compensation figures. That side-by-side comparison is what makes the whole salary analysis process not just easier but actually meaningful. Instead of it being a huge manual research project full of guesswork you get a clear, data-driven picture almost instantly. It turns what used to be a real headache into a simple & confident part of planning.

Cons

Contract terms are pretty restrictive and I wish there was more flexibility when it comes to customizing work processes and generating reports that fit our specific needs.

Interface isn't as simple as other systems I've worked with before. Finding and editing benchmarked jobs has become more complicated than it used to be. I also miss having a dedicated customer support.

Specialty data seems pretty limited. I'd really like to see more real-time salary updates.

The data upload process feels glitchy to me and takes longer than it should. The AI features need some fine-tuning to work properly.

Price matching process is incredibly easy with this platform. Having a dedicated team handle external survey loading has been extremely helpful for our workflow.

I really dislike that so many features cost extra. I get that businesses need revenue but it feels like a lot of these components should be bundled together.

Filtering gets pretty annoying when I'm trying to find local data. Our location sits between a few metro areas so it's tough to figure out which local area we actually fall under.

How this platform takes the heavy lifting off our shoulders is great for me, their support team actually handles uploading, aggregating and modeling all the market data to match what we need. The job pricing interface feels natural and easy, plus having access to peer data gives us another great reference point alongside our purchased surveys. The location differentials have been pretty useful too. What impressed me most is everything beyond the core features, there's tons of analytics, resources, trend surveys and learning materials available. We've been using it for almost five years now and I'm still discovering new capabilities.

Cons

Browsing through different survey job categories is a bit tricky when you don't have a specific project already planned out. I think it would be nice to just explore what options are available without needing to have something particular in mind first.

Pros

I really appreciate the Quick Price feature and the BambooHR integration makes everything simple, compensation updates and employee changes sync automatically between systems. Being able to price across different pay markets and blend jobs for non-traditional roles is incredibly useful for our unique positions.

Cons

Finding pay data can be tricky in certain European markets and I've run into similar issues with some Canadian cities and provinces too.

Pros

The user interface is really friendly and makes it simple to access and share salary data. We rely on this tool at least weekly across three countries and there are tons of ways to analyze the information, from HR salaries to peer and competitive data. Everything feels simple whether I'm doing quick job pricing or detailed analysis. Implementation went smoothly since the team was super communicative and easy to work with. The training they offer is excellent and I'm excited to dive deeper into it to expand my compensation knowledge.

Cons

Employee data upload process could really use some work, the template is clunky and difficult to assemble. A more aligned template for quick updates would make life so much easier. Getting help from customer support is also frustrating since I have to go back and forth through their ticketing system instead of just talking to someone directly.

My Customer Service Manager Jamie McGovern consistently responds quickly, always follows through on promises and gets me the information I need without delay.

Cons

The system gives excellent info on state minimum hourly rate changes but I'd really like to see more salary threshold data included. That kind of information would be incredibly valuable for clients too.

I'm really glad that our specific niche in post-acute health care is well-represented in thier data. Spent ages searching for this kind of information before finding this platform. The reliability factor is huge for me since we depend on it for building competitive wage scales.

Cons

Navigation can be tricky for occasional users in our office. While I've gotten comfortable with finding my way around after regular use, colleagues who don't log in as often really struggle to locate the information they're looking for.
