Centralized payroll with clear tracking

Pros

The integration between our payroll processor and this tool works smoothly..no sync issues or manual workarounds needed. I also find the centralized portal extremely convenient for tracking all the details in one place. It saves me from jumping between systems and keeps everything organized.

Cons

For me the user interface gets better with every update and keeps improving!.

feasible and smooth payroll management

Pros

Payroll management runs smoothly and I find the tool highly convenient, user-friendly and thoughtfully organized.

Cons

What frustrates me is the inability to remove or modify notes within payruns which limits flexibility when I need to correct or omit information.

One portal for payroll, tax and oversight

Pros

Centralizing all payrolls has been very helpful and I find it allows local teams to manage taxes while maintaining central oversight efficiently.

Cons

In my experience I think the employee self-service portal could use some refinement and several areas of the congreatated reporting also need improvement to be more user-friendly and comprehensive.

Simple global payroll integration

Pros

The PECI integration between our HRM software and this tool really impresses me and I find every change flows easily into payroll processing across multiple countries.

Cons

Although this tool includes a reporting feature and we do use it I feel there is room for improvement. When I pull reports that cover multiple months, employees are listed separately for each month and the amounts are not summed per employee across the full period I requested. Also, for some reason the order of the pay element columns can change from month to month which makes it difficult for me to process the data easily in Excel at times and forces extra time reworking the spreadsheets.

clear, editable employee profiles

Pros

Employee profiles are thorough and simple to update and I find the monthly payroll steps laid out clearly and easy to follow.

Cons

I get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of email alerts reminding me about tasks and notes because I receive so many I sometimes overlook the notes alerts which can contain important information.

user-friendly with easy report generation

Pros

From my perspective the software is user-friendly and I find training has made understanding reports and processes much easier.

Cons

We're currently lacking the Workday connection with this tool but we expect that integration to be put in place soon. Overall I believe the software completely satisfies our requirements.

aligns multi-country payroll

Pros

Handling multiple payrolls across different countries is feasible and I find the support team consistently helpful.

Cons

What I'd like to see is greater flexibility in payroll reporting so I can create reports not only by GTN but also down to individual pay elements. For example, being able to produce a report showing every bonus paid to employees over the last year would be very helpful.

Dislike for automatic email alerts

Pros

Automatic e-mail alerts are something I don't particularly like though I find the rest of the system very effective.

Cons

When I save a message I'm forced to pick an option and then confirm the notification which I find unnecessary.

feasible for small payroll providers

Pros

For small payroll companies I find this tool very easy to use and convenient from a provider's perspective.

Cons

I wish there were more choices available for each task. For instance it would be helpful to see when a client plans to upload their documents rather than only displaying deadlines for when we must upload our outputs. The system should also distinguish between different post-payroll activities, things like taxes, payments, year-end income statements and the social single report should be separated. Also, the email alerts we get should point to the specific task or indicate who triggered the alert.

Secure and easy document sharing

Pros

Sharing confidential documents is secure and I find the interface extremely clear and the support team always ready to help.

Cons

As noted above my overall impression is wholly favorable and I can't really identify any drawbacks at this time.
