“incredibly helpful”
Pros
This tool has been incredibly helpful for tracking my team's leave and attendance and everything from requests to approvals is right there! The interface is really simple and user friendly which makes monitoring tax calculations and bonuses much easier. Being able to access it from my phone gives me the flexibility I need. After using it for nearly three years I'd definitely recommend it to other HR professionals.
Cons
I can't find many downsides with what's currently available.
