“Effortless Growth Without HR Headaches”
Pros
Makes workforce management and attendance requests incredibly easy! The payroll system brings real transparency when dealing with employees. Strategic hiring modules along with training and development features work really well together.
Cons
The interface could really use some work to make it more flexible. Other options out there seem to have figured out the user experience better. Getting it to play nicely with our other software has been a real headache.
