Pros
This is a powerful tool that lets us systemize and automate our entire HR process from hiring through onboarding. I can easily select the best candidates from a wide pool of applicants and it really helps identify the most suitable person for each position. The workflow runs much smoother now and keeping track of employee attendance and work schedules is effortless! Plus it does an excellent job managing all our available resources.
Cons
The regional availability is pretty limited which makes it tough for our global operations to roll this out across all our international offices
