Over the past year I have been using it and find the interface much cleaner and easier to use than other platforms. Navigating is simple too and tracking our goals has been very easy as we can stay on top of them with minimal effort.
Cons

I am really impressed with this tool for managing goals. As the ability to add sub-goals and track progress using different metrics like counts or percentages is incredibly useful.
Cons

“Simple design needs no training”
Pros
Throughout my career I have used many HR platforms and this is the first one with such a simple, easy to use design. My team rarely needs HR walkthroughs as everything is laid out clearly. For me the 1 on 1s feature is the best part. Overall it is quick and easy to complete, submit and track those meetings.
Cons
I wish there were a mobile app so I could check in when I do not have my laptop. The goal-setting screen could also be simpler as when goals are nested, all the types and fields can get confusing. Making that page more streamlined would really help me set and track goals without getting lost.

Pros
Setting goals and submitting reviews inside the People Box is really easy. What I like most is the uncluttered interface as everything is focused on core tasks without filler or extra steps getting in the way.
Cons
So far I have not run into any major problems but a few user experience tweaks would make using it feel smoother and more polished.

Well I really like the modern, uncluttered interface and the drag and drop tools which make organizing things pretty easy. As a newcomer my first-time experience was excellent. Also I can drill into performance metrics clearly and the OKR review cycle feels well structured.

The interface is quite clean and user friendly so getting around feels not a problem. Plus it includes thoughtful features specifically for managing OKRs, running one on ones, tracking goals and handling performance reviews. What really stands out is how supportive and responsive the founders and their team are. Overall they're a pleasure to collaborate with. All told the platform is very user-friendly and has noticeably helped us foster a more high-performing workplace culture.

Let me tell you that I rely on this tool to organize my quarterly goals and one on one meetings with my manager. Also the interface looks great and is consistently stable. I mean it includes all the features I need.
Cons
When setting goals, the number fields are a bit confusing to me. So I'd prefer a much simpler setup process because sometimes I have no idea what I am supposed to do.

Cons
I often find that locating the edit option is not easy than it needs to be which slows me down. It would also help if there were additional ways to specify or measure goals, giving more flexibility in tracking progress.
