Pros
Having goals, feedback and reviews all in one place is the best. Also the 1:1 history in particular makes it much easier to observe and track progress over time.
Cons
If there were more in-app tips and guidance aimed at new managers to help them get up to speed faster it would be amazing.

It even connects well with team collaboration tools, plus feedbacks, wins and areas for improvement are all captured clearly. That improves transparency and accountability. Honestly it's changed how we manage performance.

“Confusing reviews and needs a better design”
Pros
Peoplebox is great for setting goals. Also it covers everything needed to evaluate and give meaningful feedback to my team as it feels like a complete people review platform. I especially like the 1-on-1 analytics, progress graphs and detailed breakdowns.
Cons
As a manager, I find the workflow and design for reviews and feedback confusing. It is not clear what to do first like whether goals should be approved before giving feedback or if goals should be set so the team can start updating progress. Also the Talent Assessment section and the check-in prompt in 1 on 1s are poorly designed. Even on large screens, they don't look right or feel easy to use. Because of these issues, the experience is not as smooth as I'd hoped. So I'd suggest the team improve these workflows and layouts so the product works well for managers and teams right out of the box.

I really like the thoughtful design and how the user friendly interface makes navigation simple.
Cons

Pros
Being able to schedule one on ones with my manager and keep all my goals in one place has been really helpful. I use Peoplebox regularly so my manager can clearly see my tasks and long-term goals.
Cons
I feel it still needs wider adoption across the company. Right now even though I use it, many others do not which limits how useful it is for tracking goals. If more people used it, it would be much easier to monitor and align progress.

It is very user friendly and not at all complicated. The moment I look at it, I understand how it works. Also it stays very clutter-free.
Cons
The UI could use an update as for now it comes across like an older website. Also I am seeing a Create Goal CTA everywhere and I'm a little confused about which one to use.
