Definitely stands out because of the partnership behind it! Jon Allen and his team do much more than hand over dashboards, they really invest the time to understand our business, our data and the very specific people analytics challenges we're trying to solve. Our needs are often complex, unconventional and constantly changing but the team consistently meets us with thoughtful solutions instead of trying to fit us into a rigid, one size fits all approach. They're responsive, transparent and genuinely committed to helping us reach better insights. From custom metrics and lifecycle reporting to fast iteration based on feedback, they bring strong expertise along with a true "let's solve this together" attitude. That flexibility and collaboration have made this platform feel like a real extension of our People Analytics team rather than just another vendor!

“stellar customer service
Pros
The dashboards are really easy to figure out and that makes daily use much simpler. On top of that Jonathan and Sam have been incredibly helpful whenever questions come up or something needs fixing.
Cons
The trickiest part is making sure the data going into the portal is accurate. When several HR systems are feeding into it things can get complicated although that's not an issue caused by the software itself.

Pros
The integrations work reliably and usually need very little hands on effort. The self service option is also a nice advantage since customers can access certain dashboards in real time on their own.
Cons
Getting the dashboards set up at the beginning can take a while. The interface also feels like it could use a more modern look with better visuals and I'd also like to see stronger AI adoption.

Pros
It's generally easy to figure out, handles large data sets fairly well and the account team has been helpful and supportive.
Cons
The interface feels dated and performance can be slow with noticeable latency. It also needs more custom filtering options and the dashboards seem limited by screen size without any obvious scrolling. The navigation could definitely use a more modern design and at times I had trouble interpreting the data because some parts just aren't very accessible.

Pros
Getting around the tool feels pretty accessible and I can usually find what I need without much trouble.
Cons
I do wish there were an option to download charts exactly as they appear on the screen. It would also be better with more filtering especially the ability to sort information by department or function.

Pros
Their customer service and support have been consistently helpful. The platform can be customized to fit our needs, company size and structure which has made it feel much more customizeed to how we work. The interface is easy to use and there are plenty of dashboard options along with different ways to break down and analyze the data. Integration and file connectivity have also been smooth and the usage reports are a nice plus.
Cons
At times some dashboards can feel a bit too crowded or not as organized as they could be.
