Smart tool with shift scheduling gaps

Pros

I really like the clean dashboard design and everything is so easy to use. The reporting features are great too and give me all the insights I need.

Cons

Managing shift schedules and handling last minute changes can be a real headache. The system doesn't make it as easy as I'd like when I need to reorganize employee shifts or make quick changes to schedules.

Great software overall

Pros

It does an amazing job handling everything a company needs for managing people. It makes it much easier to manage a large team and gives managers and HR departments some really valuable data. My favorite features are the time off request system where employees can submit requests with supporting documents and I can approve or deny them while adding comments. The shift planning tool is awesome too, letting me schedule team members for the whole month and make changes when needed plus the clockin/out feature is super smooth, letting staff log their hours easily and giving me attendance reports for any time period I want.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is being stuck with preset schedules when I really need flexibility. Since my hours vary, I often show up early or late in the system compared to my actual schedule.

Helpful tool but has some drawbacks

Pros

Most of the features I need are right at my fingertips which is awesome. The interface is designed with employees in mind and things that used to require sending emails can now be done directly through the platform.

Cons

One downside is that the site freezes up randomly sometimes, which is super frustrating. Also, the automatic timeout feature is a pain. Having to log back in repeatedly gets really annoying.

Essential solution for any business

Pros

I love how simple this system is. It cuts down on all the back and forth communication and gives us tons of useful tools. Booking time off is really easy whether it's for vacation, personal days or emergencies.

Cons

It still needs a lot of improvement. Some processes feel unnecessarily complicated and could definitely be made simpler. It would also help if they could get rid of features that most companies don't even use.

Simple and Decent HR Solution

Pros

Switching from our old system was a huge improvement. Clocking in and out is now just one click instead of dealing with a bunch of complicated admin steps. I love having complete visibility into our team structure and reporting relationships. Requesting time off or vacation days is super easy with the drag and drop calendar feature. It also keeps me updated on my compensation details and shows exactly how many leave days I have left. The salary breakdown is clear with base pay and any commission extras and the self service payroll system with direct deposits and pre tax approvals is fantastic plus employees can submit requests at any time and even W2 filing is handled smoothly. I'd definitely recommend this tool to any company looking to streamline their HR processes.

Cons

The shift scheduling system really frustrates me, for example employees who come in early or stay late can't clock in before their scheduled shift starts. Even worse, it automatically clocks them out after exactly 8 hours even if they're still working. This makes it impossible to track the actual hours worked properly. You can schedule earlier clock ins but it's not flexible enough for real world needs. The automatic time calculations also mess up sometimes and don't do the math right.

Solid Leave Management, Payroll Needs Work

Pros

The best part for me is how easy it's made handling employee leave requests. We used to rely on emails and manual tracking but this tool has completely streamlined that process for us. We originally planned to use it for payroll too but the implementation is taking longer than expected due to our company's specific needs. The attendance reporting feature is also really helpful especially for keeping track of remote work.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a major issue or weakness.
