“Single-click shortcuts cut down time

Pros

PeopleStrong's UI design is good because it gives a single-click shortcut to everything which makes moving around the system incredibly easy. And it genuinely cuts down on time and effort means I no longer have to go through multiple pages to find what I need.

Cons

What really annoys me are the automatic survey pop-ups that keep appearing. Whenever I am using the platform a survey will suddenly show up on my screen and I have to fill it out. And because there's no option to skip I can't continue working until it's done.

What I like most about PeopleStrong is that it lets me manage all employee-related tasks from a single portal.

Cons

One thing I dislike about it is that it logs me out very frequently.

At my last job, everyone had to use the PeopleStrong app and I found it easy to get started. Setup was smooth too and I did not need much help. When I did have questions, support responded quickly. I used it as a standalone app as it worked fine without connecting to other systems. My onboarding and offboarding were both done through the app. Every day, I used it to mark attendance and it automatically logged my location. Also submitting leave was simple, managers approved it in the app and I could track the status in real time. I could also view payslips, check days worked, see time off and take training courses all in one place. In short for everyday HR tasks, it made everything much simpler and more convenient.

Cons

Overall I had very few problems with the app as an employee. Yes sometimes it was slow to open and I had to tap several times before it worked and that could be very annoying. But aside from that, it was reliable for attendance, leave, payslips and everyday HR tasks.

“Good for daily all HR needs

Pros

We rely on this tool every day for all of our HR needs. Also the app is really easy to navigate and we use it daily to clock in, regularize attendance and apply for leave when working from home. Lately they have merged PaySquare into it making it a single comprehensive solution for our HR tasks.

Cons

Sometimes attendance from the previous day doesn't update even though we punched in on time. And I am not sure if the delay is from the software or an internal company issue so it's hard to know the real cause.

In our organization we use it and as an employee I rely on it to view my payslip, submit claims and reimbursement requests, download my Form-16 and handle related payroll tasks.

honestly I have no complaints about this product. I've been using it for about 1.9 years.

I like that it addresses every part of a payroll package and is surprisingly user-friendly. I also value the comprehensive details it provides because they help in decision-making and lead to better workforce planning thanks to a data-driven approach.

Just started using it so no cons to share. Umm I may discover some issues once I use it more extensively.

This is the best app for connecting HR with employees. Also It covers all HR needs and has a user-friendly interface. I can easily update and track leave too. And since it's cloud-based, it works well even on low data.

I've noticed occasional glitches in the attendance module and sometimes the product runs slowly which ends up frustrating users.

Pros

As an HR and employee user I find the platform really easy to use and it covers an employee's full journey from the interview stage all the way through to retirement. Plus it comes with all the core features I expect like salary slips, the leave application, a future/holiday calendar and more.

Cons

I do find it a bit annoying that certain features are restricted for regular employees and can only be accessed by HR personnel.

I am really impressed with how PeopleStrong manages HR and payroll tasks. The layout is clean and user friendly too and the automation chops out a huge chunk of manual work so day to day processes flow without the usual headaches.

Cons

Occasionally I notice it works a bit slow or acts glitchy and some functions don't feel as user friendly as they should. Even so, for the most part it handles the work I need it to.

Well mass updates slow things down a bit and I get annoyed having to change passwords sometimes.

Been using PeopleStrong for over a year now to mark my attendance, apply for leaves and handle related tasks. I like that the app comes with a variety of useful features and has an exceptionally easy to use interface. These days I rely on it every single day to record my presence and organize different duties with very little hassle. Their customer support team is excellent.

Cons

Even when it's a holiday I still receive a popup prompting me with Kindly mark your attendance which is annoying.
