Pros
I really appreciate how this creates a space for people to be honest. Whether it's positive feedback or suggestions for improvement, I feel like I can speak freely without any fear of backlash. It's especially useful for employees who might usually keep quiet about things that could really help the company grow.
Cons
I find some surveys have way too many questions. Not talking about the ones on this site specifically but I think a lot of these questions could be streamlined to get the same results without dragging on forever.

Feedback system is good enough. It gathers perspectives from both our team and customers to create a great portfolio. All those suggestions and insights help steer the company in the right direction.
Cons
It covers engagement activities well but it doesn't handle negative feedback accurately enough. Sometimes it's difficult to spot the downsides and treating everything as positive feedback isn't great for company growth either.

The dashboard is user-friendly and I love how I can customize the fields and reports to meet my needs. I can dive into product details and competitor activity, which is really helpful and the category watch feature is definitely one of my favorites.
Cons
Finding out whether your report finished running is really frustrating as there's no simple way to get back to that status page unless you happen to click on it right when you start the report

Pretty good that I can dig into specific demographics and see how negative feedback compares to positive responses. It really gives me a full picture.
Cons
The Theme Frequency report has been pretty inaccurate across all our surveys, onboarding, engagement and exit. While it catches concrete themes like benefits, training and compensation fairly well, anything more abstract like trust, culture or teamwork often gets mismatched with comments that dont really fit. There's been some improvement since we started using this feature but it still needs significant work.

I have multiple tools to survey our employee groups which gives me a lot of flexibility when gathering feedback.
Cons
It can be very confusing to use sometimes and I've run into problems with having to click through too many different links. The sign-in process gives me trouble more often than it should.
