I love that I can do active research and easily set up projects. It really makes things smoother for me.

I sometimes run into duplicate CVs before I set up the customization.

It's so easy to link candidates to projects, post ads on different job portals and use advanced and relevance search features.

Cons

The time-out feature feels unnecessary to me and I'd prefer if it were removed.

What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use. The data room is a game changer, letting me quickly see the whole selection process and pipeline. It's really helpful for our business.

The graphical interface could use some improvements, it would be better if it were more streamlined and "clean."

It's a lifesaver! It's easy to use and it really helps in our daily tasks. We manage around 10,000 CVs a year for each recruiter. It's been incredible for our recruitment process and has helped us onboard over 200 new colleagues in the last 3 years.

Cons

There aren't any major issues. Sure, everything could be better but once you start using it, it's easy to get comfortable.

Some sections and fields feel rigid and repetitive but we're expecting the new version to fix this.

Searching for CVs based on common criteria isn't as simple as I'd like and there's no automatic archiving into subcategories.

The best part about Performa is how easy it is to use. It's a super interactive platform.

There are some useful features that are missing, like the ability to archive "closed" projects. Luckily, this feature will be added soon.

The software is really efficient and simple to use even when I'm doing advanced searches. The full-text search and the ability to link to external sources (that I can choose) is very helpful.

The features that let you customize candidate status or project management aren't as easy as I'd like and the graphic style feels a little outdated.
