“Offers plenty of reward choices”
Pros
Clean layout, simple to navigate, excellent customer service and plenty of reward choices to pick from. It has also helped lift staff morale and reassures me that we're heading in the right direction.
Cons
At this point, I don't have any negative feedback to mention.

“Fantastic interface”
Pros
Very simple to use, with a clean and appealing interface that makes everything feel user-friendly.
Cons
A few of the free offers feel repetitive or just not that appealing.

“Amazing multi-purpose platform”
Pros
It works well as a multi-purpose platform, combining the feel of an intranet with useful employee benefits in one place. It acts as a single destination for benefits and the branding is consistent which helps since it's already a well-known company in the UK. It feels like a solid alternative to juggling several benefits providers alongside a separate intranet. Because employees immediately see the perks such as benefits and discount vouchers, it should help drive stronger engagement in practice.
Cons
The cost felt fairly high to me when compared with setting things up separately like using one provider for perks and another platform for the intranet. I also felt the sales team could be a bit too pushy rather than focusing on building a proper relationship first.

“Weekly treats were great”
Pros
Those weekly free treats were the best part and I took advantage of them whenever I had the chance.
Cons
A lot of the offers didn't really match my interests so it ended up feeling like money was being wasted.

“Helps build an enjoyable work environment”
Pros
It is built around creating a really supportive and enjoyable work environment. The platform is simple to get up and running and using it day to day feels simple. It also relies on advanced technology to deliver benefits on a global scale which makes it even more valuable. Overall, it has been good to go.
Cons
Nothing negative to point out here. It has kept a clean record with us.

“excellent perks for every region”
Pros
There's a really wide selection of products on the platform especially when it comes to what you can redeem with perk points. It's also a big plus that international employees can access offers available in their own countries.
Cons
The reporting around what's been claimed could be more detailed and the platform's interactivity has room for improvement.

“Limited rewards flexibility”
Pros
Using the software was simple and our team regularly made use of the free benefits available. The phone-based medical consultations also stood out as an interesting feature.
Cons
There wasn't much flexibility if you wanted something beyond what it already offered. On top of that, most of the perks expected my team to spend money just to get a small discount so it didn't really feel like much of a reward.

“Easy to redeem perks”
Pros
Redeeming the perks is simple and they can make a noticeable difference in everyday life.
Cons
It's frustrating when offers are changed without warning.

“simple reward configuration”
Pros
It is a useful platform for setting up perks, rewards and bonuses for people on your team, whether they're employees or freelancers. It gives them access to a range of benefits they can redeem, from free food and drinks and entertainment discounts to medical support and wellbeing-related help. As an optional extra, it's a nice perk to offer. The account setup and reward configuration are very simple and the interface is tidy, clear and user-friendly to use.
Cons
My biggest reservation with it isn't really the software or how it works but more the concept behind it. Personally, I'd rather give people direct cash bonuses or additional paid time off instead of offering a mixed collection of discounts and freebies. That would feel more simple and probably be simpler to manage as well.

“Brilliant perks and treats”
Pros
From a user's point of view, the discounts are fantastic. The free weekly Caffe Nero coffee was a real highlight and the birthday box felt like such a lovely extra treat.
Cons
Something that could make it even better would be an option to automatically promote the platform to employees by email. There is a marketing pack available to download and share but adoption still depends heavily on internal communication.

“Appalling privacy practices”
Pros
I can't really say yet since I haven't even been able to get far enough to judge any benefits.
Cons
Their approach to privacy is terrible. The website doesn't offer any way to turn off tracking and when I asked them to remove my personal data, they wanted me to provide even more sensitive information, including my home address.

“Bright design, limited perk value”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels very user-friendly and simple to navigate. The bright colour scheme is engaging and the promotional materials stay consistent with the brand which gives it a polished feel. A number of the core benefits are genuinely useful for most of our staff especially things like free coffees, phone insurance and cinema tickets. The counselling telephone support has also been a major benefit for our team, particularly because of the kind of work we do.
Cons
At the same time, it feels like only a small share of the available benefits are actually being used by the wider team. After speaking with colleagues, many of them said the discount percentage, often under 10%, does not always feel valuable enough to make it worthwhile. There are definitely some consistently strong perks but there are also many others that barely get touched.

“User-friendly layout”
Pros
It is really simple to use, with a user-friendly layout and an attractive design. The perks on offer are genuinely good and the recognition feature is excellent.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having more control over the admin side of the platform. It would also be useful to export reports showing the rewards that have been given.
