The system is clear and easy to use. Thanks to its modular setup, features like time tracking can be added whenever needed. Also the design is very user-friendly and looks great.

One and only downside I have noticed so far is that when employees leave, their vacation time is not automatically adjusted.

Personizer is designed to be very simple, making the onboarding of new employees quick and efficient. Plus for our team of 10 the features it offers are more than sufficient.

It is easy to navigate, has a wide range of features, is simple to set up and includes a helpful FAQ. I also like the customer service as they are quick to respond.

Well I noticed the system is prone to errors, with employee access not always working properly. There is also no phone support available.

There is no option to assign employees to projects and we cannot automatically deduct mandatory breaks. Additionally vacation needs to be manually adjusted when an employee starts partway through the year or works part-time.

The admin needs a separate license, even if they are not involved in time tracking. Also I miss the option to export reports as PDFs to provide employees with their timesheets for payroll. The CSV export has formatting issues and always requires visual adjustments.

I like that there is a starter package. As we mainly need a simple tool for vacation management but I do miss the previous version.
