Pros
I appreciate the wealth of features this software offers, it definitely sets it apart from other options out there. The installation process was simple and its easy to back up data and work with networking functions.
Cons
The main downside is that it only works on Windows and there's no version for Mac or iPad, which really limits who can use it.
