“Affordable with quick support fixes”
Pros
This platform has made recruiting much easier for me. It is simple, not too complex and more affordable than many other options. Plus the support team is great too as they respond quickly and fix issues fast. Implementation was very easy and the team made everything run smoothly. There are lots of useful features and I now use this tool every day.
Cons
I think the platform is excellent overall but some modules could use updates. I am currently on an early stage standard plan so I suspect they offer improved features in the paid versions that would address these gaps.

“Tracks interviews with easy customization”
Pros
With Pitch N Hire, I can track every interview and candidate interaction which has made a huge difference in how I work. Overall it's brought real order to our hiring process. The email templates are excellent too and the pipeline view works really well. Plus we can customize almost everything to fit our workflow and updates are easy to make. Even though I am not very tech-savvy, I find the interface simple enough to use without any trouble.
Cons
The only improvement I'd suggest is automatic phone number formatting. Right now I have to manually add dashes or spaces after the first three digits so numbers are easy to read when dialing candidates. It's a small but recurring annoyance that could be fixed if the system formatted numbers automatically.

In my experience Pitch N Hire is one of the easiest applicant tracking systems I have used. And I was genuinely impressed when I found the app as navigation was simple and I never felt lost. There is also a demo option where you can schedule a walkthrough or ask questions about how the platform works. I'd describe the service as user-friendly, effective and helpful for any business owner looking to find the right candidates. The interface is also detailed and visually appealing, with clear highlights of key features and performance metrics that are especially useful in recruiting. Overall it really simplifies decision-making and saves a lot of time for small hiring teams.
Cons
I've suggested adding more candidate disqualification criteria but overall the platform is excellent and impressive! It consistently helps me identify the best person for each open role in my hiring process daily.

Pros
I really like how the tags and navigation work on both the website and app as they are clean and easy to use. I also like that everything is concise and powered by AI for faster performance.
Cons
My only request is that they should add tools like filters and sort by tabs to make searching and organizing results better.
