“credit card terms misapplied
Pros
When issues arose with credit card acceptance I found the team rectified matters promptly.
Cons
I believe that remark from this tool seriously misrepresents the situation. At first the firm would not accept credit cards even though the MSA explicitly allowed them. After I escalated the matter up to leadership they corrected the issue quickly.

Pay information is mostly presented clearly and I find the support team consistently responsive and keeps me informed.
Cons
One drawback I've found is the lack of visibility for pay on a per-period basis. There isn't an option to preview the details directly in the tool.. I have to download it first before I can see the breakdown. That extra step can be inconvenient when I just want a quick glance.

Simplifying workflows is what I value most and I find the interface natural and the platform highly reliable.
Cons
Don't have many complaints about the tool but if pressed I would say some of the features could use clearer explanations for newcomers. A more guided onboarding experience or additional contextual tips inside the app would help reduce the learning curve. With just a bit more in-platform guidance I think the overall user experience would improve noticeably.

It would help if the platform showed the actual filenames during uploads because from my view the file entries usually appear blank and that is confusing.

The support team has been exceptional and I find legal guidance readily available through knowledgeable staff like Amy Smith.
Cons
For our part a dedicated account manager wasn't really necessary because we only had a single employee to look after and that made things fairly easy to manage. If we were supporting a larger headcount though I can see how having a named account manager would be useful to coordinate communication and handle higher volumes. In short it's not a problem at our current scale but with a bigger team I'd welcome an assigned point person.

Operating as an Employer of Record in multiple countries has been simple and I find compliance and procedures reassuringly efficient.
Cons
At first I couldn't find anything I disliked. It did take some time getting used to routing all matters through a third party for things like team performance reviews and PIP meetings but their level of support made it easy to adapt and it quickly became an integral part of how we handle those situations.

The UI/UX is extremely feasible and I find moving around the platform convenient and fast.
Cons
There aren't major concerns for me but I would find it helpful if the emptier or less-detailed sections on the dashboard or profile page contained brief walkthroughs or sample entries. Including visual cues in those areas would make it much easier to see what needs to be completed and would simplify the whole filling-out process.

Customer service is outstanding and I find the team's knowledge of cross-border compliance invaluable for our complex employment situation.
Cons
For me the weakest link has been tech support as they don't always coordinate well with customer success managers which would help create a smoother, more customized experience. It would really help if they kept a brief memo or case note so everyone is up to speed. When issues fall outside the routine finding a resolution can take longer than I'd like although the teams are typically responsive and keep me posted. Overall this is a fairly small issue.

When we moved away from our previous EOR provider and started using this tool, I wasn't entirely sure what the outcome would be. Still, the team here made the whole transition feel effortless. They engaged with us in real time, resolved issues quickly and took the time to genuinely understand the nuances of our organisation. They've consistently collaborated with us to find sensible compromises so we can confidently hire and employ people around the world. The platform itself is feasible and easy to use and the onboarding support was top-notch. We keep getting helpful, consistent guidance whenever we need it which has really improved how we manage our international workforce. What I appreciate most is how the service scales with our business while reducing the risk of non-compliance in different territories. That relief has taken a huge administrative burden off HR and let us focus more on strategic priorities. Our dedicated CSM has been a rock for us and the wider support team has been timely and useful when questions come up.
Cons
Faster turnaround on complex compliance questions and contract issuance would really help me, as delays in those areas can slow things down. More proactive insights on upcoming legislative changes would also let me plan ahead instead of constantly reacting. Reporting could be improved too, better dashboards and more detailed leave reports would make a big difference. Clearer communication and stronger alignment between us, the platform and local employing partners would also reduce the back-and-forth and make things smoother for me.

I really value this platform's dashboard which pulls together all the HR admin elements we need, contracts, onboarding and more, into one feasible, user-friendly place. That level of congreatation meant hardly any training was necessary, saved us a lot of time and significantly lowered the chance of human or manual mistakes. I was also pleasantly surprised by how efficient the workflows are since far more tasks are automated than I anticipated. The rollout was fast and simple, taking roughly three days to onboard and the digital documentation plus the consistently responsive customer support made a big difference. They've been proactive and personable which made the entire process enjoyable.
Cons
The reporting tools need more customization and adaptability for my needs. Built-in reports can feel a bit limiting especially since I handle a variety of specific contract scenarios that require detailed reporting. On top of that, the mobile version doesn't match the desktop for usability and speed which creates headaches for me and other remote or traveling staff who need a smoother experience.

What I appreciate most is how this app brings together my job and paycheck details into one place which makes keeping track of employment information feasible and easy to review. The two-factor authenticator is a great security layer, it protects my sensitive records and files and honestly gives me peace of mind about using the service. I've also noticed that it shortens the back-and-forth between HR and employees so HR can spend less time answering routine queries and more time on higher-priority work. I really like that important documents are stored in the cloud so I can grab them from anywhere at any hour, not just when I'm at my desk. Overall the platform is very user-friendly, setting it up was quick and felt just as familiar as signing up for other websites.
Cons
Cost feels pretty steep for me especially for smaller teams. While larger companies might get good value from the features, smaller firms like mine can find the price out of reach which makes it harder to take full advantage of the platform.

this app is extremely useful for organizing my income tax paperwork and taking care of common employee features such as tracking time off. It has made my job far simpler as someone employed by a company based overseas, previously I had to wrestle with paperwork and submit taxes by myself which was very tedious. Now the app streamlines my documentation and tax filings so the whole process feels much more manageable and less stressful. I also like that it automatically converts currencies to my local money without me lifting a finger which makes payments and bookkeeping a lot clearer and removes the headaches I experienced when dealing with employers in other countries. What I value most is how transparent and feasible the system is. It's user-friendly, quietly removes friction from my day-to-day tasks and helps me accomplish what I need quickly. Getting started was notably fast and smooth, taking very little time or effort which impressed me. Altogether, the ease of use, convenient design and great support for local features create a very positive experience for me.

Using this tool I've found global hiring to be remarkably effortless and feasible.
