“Complete payroll and benefits system
Pros
From my experience, it works as a complete system that covers almost every part of running a business, especially when it comes to handling payroll, taxes and benefits. I rely on it to keep everything accurate and organized and it really helps me manage client-related processes more efficiently. The payroll section works well for me and I also find the benefits onboarding feature useful since it guides users clearly. During setup, I found the team very knowledgeable and supportive which made the whole process smoother for me.
Cons
There are some areas of It that aren't very customizable. Customization and branding could use some improvement and flexibility of features. The initial setup process is pretty complicated, with many components and modules.

“Good platform
Pros
Feels like a very complete platform for running a business especially when it comes to handling the more complicated parts of payroll, taxes, benefits administration and reconciliation. It has really helped us improve and fine tune what we're able to offer our clients. The payroll processing interface is well designed and helps keep everything accurate organized and ready to run. It's also very useful for managing benefit payments and staying coordinated with clients. The benefits onboarding tool is another strong point since it walks people through their selections and makes the cost side easier to understand. On top of that their team was very well informed and supportive during setup which helped make sure everything was configured the right way.
Cons
A few parts of the software still feel limited when it comes to customization. Branding options and overall feature flexibility could definitely be better. The initial setup is also fairly complex because there are so many components and modules involved.

What I like most is how everything feels well arranged and even as a first-time user, I didn't find it difficult to understand or get started with.
Cons
I do not like that it cannot be color edited. I want it to match my aesthetic but it does not change to dark theme.

Cons

Pros
The layout works well for me and I can move around the platform without confusion which makes daily tasks easier to handle.
Cons
Clunky processes and a slow backend make things a bit frustrating at times and the modules don't always feel well connected, like onboarding not being fully part of the main HR system.

“Flexible cloud payroll system
Pros
Once I got familiar with the payroll system, I found it fairly easy to use and quite flexible for my needs. I also like how quickly the chat support responds and since it's cloud-based, I don't have to worry much about downtime or technical issues.
Cons
Support isn't always strong when raising tickets, so I usually end up using the chat option instead.

One feature I really like is the "Pay by Day" option in OneSource, since it allows early access to earnings when needed. I also find it helpful that I can review my financial details easily in one place.
Cons

“Simple HR tracking tool
Pros
For my daily use, I find the tool simple and practical, especially for tracking attendance and checking things like claims, tax details, leave records and salary breakdowns.
Cons
Claiming CTC and non-CTC benefits can feel a bit tricky and notifications for things like claims or leave updates don't always show on the home page. Regularization, shift changes and swapping weekly offs can also feel confusing when doing them for the first time.
