Pros
It gives me really helpful insight into how to communicate more effectively with my team. Because of that I'm able to connect with them faster and it also helps the staff they support through coaching and training.
Cons
The platform functions could be better. I still need extra support when it comes to creating side by side documentation whenever my team asks to review communication opportunities.

Pros
Compared with a lot of standard assessments this feels much more practical in real life use. It can be applied across a wide range of interpersonal situations whether that's family dynamics, personal evaluation, hiring or job placement. Another big strength is the level of detail it provides. The resolution is impressive and being able to use it over time to monitor changes in behavioral tendencies and better understand stress related environments makes it especially valuable.
Cons
That added depth and comprehensiveness also means that it takes a more thorough understanding of the individual traits what they mean and how they interact with one another.

Using this software gave me really helpful insight into both my own tendencies and the way my teammates work which I've genuinely appreciated.
Cons
The website portal isn't my favorite interface to work with although it's still not bad overall.
