“great for KPI tracking and real-time reporting

Pros

I've found the value this product has delivered to Interstate Batteries Inc absolutely incredible. We moved away from managing everything manually with spreadsheets, emails and phone calls and now this solution gives us the ability to proactively address risks in our operations, monitor KPIs and other metrics, generate reports and assign corrective actions in real time!

Cons

In practice, the mobile app feels quite restricted compared with the web version. There are many views and customization options I can access on the browser-based interface that simply aren't available in the app so my EHS team and I can't present live metrics while we're working out in the field effectively.

Pros

As both a developer and an end user, I've found this platform really easy to use on both fronts. It offers strong customization, dependable performance and simple feeds from other software systems. Their customer support team is excellent and we've never had an outage. I also appreciate that the team continually searches for ways to improve both customer and user experience.

Cons

Honestly the internal reporting capability is extremely powerful and unlocked many new reports for our enterprise. That said putting together reports wasn't immediately convenient, creating them required several training sessions before I really understood how to build them effectively.

Pros

this tool effectively captures safety data across projects. It delivers accurate project safety information and also excels at recording inspector details. I can see the results, the proof is in the numbers.

Cons

I've experienced frequent software glitches. Reaching customer support is a struggle especially because East/West coast time differences complicate getting help quickly.

“Rolls out complex workflows with little training

Pros

We were able to use this platform to roll out complex solutions such as workers comp claims and worksite safety across thousands of users, with support from IT colleagues who didn't have any formal programming background. It was easy to learn and offered strong flexibility, remaining nimble when we needed to tailor workflows. Because of that, our end users only had to walk through the new process once to become self-sufficient.

While building any new solution, we found that some of the desired features weren't as efficient out of the box as we'd like.

Pros

I felt the team behind this tool truly listened to us, they took our input and helped guide the project so we met every goal we set out to achieve. Now our entire set of information lives in one place, is updated in real time and is easy to share with managers when needed. We really appreciate the flexibility and breadth of functionality the system offers and navigating through each window is consistently convenient. In my experience the reporting capabilities are easily one of the platform's strongest aspects.
