Pros
The comprehensive features really impressed me, especially the employee workflow tracking and report analytics that help monitor team performance effectively. I'm particularly fond of the recruitment system, having all applicants centralized in one location makes it incredibly convenient to email candidates after shortlisting. The applicant screening process works smoothly.
Cons
The mobile integration could definitely be better but the functionality itself is really good.
