“support team always willing to help”
Pros
Their support team is cooperative and always willing to collaborate on solving any problems that come up. They do a great job keeping us in the loop about new developments and improvements. Since I haven't used similar platforms, I can't really compare it to competitors.
Cons
I don't have much to complain about here. There were some problems before but the team is always eager to help us sort things out.

“Reporting feature is amazing”
Pros
I have never been disappointed by the support staff. Set up is simple and didn't need any technical help to get started. What I really appreciate is how the surveys cover all the important areas that actually matter for organizational health. The reporting features work exactly as I hoped, and I can easily drill down into different data views and pull information for my own reports. There's also a nice selection of pre-built survey templates for both quick pulse checks and more detailed deep-dives.
Cons
The evaluation statements sometimes mix different aspects together which makes it harder to pinpoint specific areas that need improvement.

“easy to set up and schedule surveys”
Pros
I like how much more I can do on my own now. Setting up and scheduling surveys is super easy and doesn't require constant support requests.
Cons
The theme generator struggles with longer responses that cover multiple topics in a single answer. Report customization is pretty limited and I wish there was more flexibility in how you can build them. Also, the report interface could really use a visual upgrade since it looks outdated.

Simple layout that wasn't hard for me to understand, plus the questionnaire doesn't take long to complete

Login issues are frustrating and it's annoying that managers lose dashboard access after 90 days without warning.
