Excellent for getting a clear read on teams

Pros

When it comes to getting a clear read on my team's experience, I've found Qualtrics Employee Experience to be excellent. It offers tools that boost employee engagement and it is far easier to pinpoint people's concerns. Thanks to capabilities like feedback analytics that surface actionable insights.

Cons

Noticed no problems with it as it's been consistently reliable and fully meets our team's needs without any hiccups.

allowed team to scale up work and management

Pros

I give this tool a five-star rating since it has allowed our team to significantly scale up the way we work and manage projects. Using the platform, staff members are able to raise concerns about their welfare and share their best ideas for solving ongoing issues.

Cons

For my part I have not come across any problems with it. It's a product I would strongly recommend to any organization.

Pros

Qualtrics Employee Experience is affordable and packed with features that make gathering staff feedback pretty easy. Using the platform, my team can quickly identify problem areas and acting on that feedback noticeably improves the overall employee experience.

Cons

Overall I have found it to be excellent as I haven't faced any issues so far.

impressed by wide selection of templates

Pros

I am impressed by the wide selection of survey templates and the ability to tailor questions which helps me gather feedback on many different parts of the employee experience.

Cons
