This platform really simplifies the entire process of gathering information.. everything is organized, accessible, and simple. It's cut down significantly on the time I used to spend on tedious data collection tasks freeing me up to focus on analysis and action instead of just chasing down details. It's one of those tools that quietly makes your workday much more efficient.
Cons
The service is quite pricey as they charge high fees for data collection so using it ends up being expensive for me.

“Most user-friendly with outstanding support”
Pros
Back when I was at my first organization I used this tool and found it by far the most user-friendly platform. Like even when we ran into issues the customer support was outstanding. Also it was easy to roll out across the whole organization, packed with more features than alternatives, integrated smoothly with various in-house tools and I ended up using it daily.
Cons
Only drawback I've noticed is that it has a lot of functions so it is difficult to teach or explain to someone else without investing significant time.

Pros
The interface is easy to use. It groups employee comments into key themes without compromising anonymity, even for small teams. I also liked the current methods such as the time-bound intent to stay questions. The professional services were great too as they helped us move quickly and provided valuable insights for our executive team.
Cons
I was disappointed when my favorite account team was replaced but the new team has been really amazing and supportive.

“locked dashboard elements frustrate us”

I really liked having direct access to the raw data so I could break it up and send specific sections to different department heads.
Cons
Working in higher education we follow a strict style guide. But some dashboard elements could not be changed which was frustrating. Plus a few specific dashboard items were locked and did not match our branding so we had to request special permission. This was especially annoying because dashboard printouts go to executives and senior leadership. Getting those uneditable pieces to meet our standards became an extra, time-consuming step.

Pros
The benchmarks that let me compare my organization's results against others in the same industry is incredibly useful. Plus the dashboard gives a clear visual view of the outcomes which helps me spot recurring themes and keep the data organized.
Cons
For me there is a lot to absorb with every survey and it can feel somewhat complicated for people new to the tool.

We find the Qualtrics engagement survey and 360 feedback tools easy to use and appreciate the deep data analysis. I strongly recommend Qualtrics to other organizations.
Cons
It is not easy to view results for multiple areas at the same time.

Pros
Honestly it is excellent for collecting information and then digging deeper to produce actionable feedback. I also like having real-time sentiment insights because they make it much easier for me to base choices on hard data. Plus I find the interface very user-friendly as the team can easily keep an eye on things and put changes into practice without much of a trouble. And I think it increases engagement.
Cons
The feature-rich platform was quite overwhelming at first especially for newcomers or anyone with very little background in design or data analysis. Also the price feels somewhat high for smaller organizations which may view the cost as unfair and it can hinder adoption early on.

I am a fan of its simplicity and easy to navigate interface. Also it is really amazing that our whole workflow and all of our data can be organized and managed directly inside this software.
Cons

To be honest we hadn't tried any other employee engagement tools. For this use case, we chose Qualtrics and it's been working well so far. We can customize the experience for different teams and easily monitor staff performance. It also makes collecting feedback from remote team members pretty easy. The user interface is also clean and simple and overall we really like it.
Cons
When I first started using it I found some of the features a bit confusing and getting everything configured was not easy. It took us close to a month to fully set up the use cases we needed which felt longer than expected. On top of that the cost is pretty high and won't fit the budget of every business.
