“Best for goal tracking and needs more integration”
Pros
It is super easy to use and really interactive. The features are amazing, making it easy to implement and adopt. In my company, we don't use It regularly but it's a great tool for goal setting, tracking, 360 reviews and 1x1 meetings. I feel like I have not fully explored all of It's capabilities but what I have used so far is great. Plus, I have never had to reach out to customer support because everything is so easy to use.
Cons
I wish my company had more integration with It. I don't know all the integration possibilities but I feel like we have only scratched the surface.

“my experience with this tool”
Pros
Quantum does an awesome job of capturing your goals, what you are doing well and where you might need to grow. It's all framed positively which is a nice touch. The format is also pretty user-friendly which makes it easy to use.
Cons
The only downside is that it requires a lot of time and effort multiple times a year like for mid-year reviews and the multi-step process for year-end reviews.

“smooth updates and features”
Pros
It's really easy to use and the interface is super clean. I can track my goals with just a few clicks. I can also set up one-on-ones with my manager and track my goal progress easily.
Cons
So far, so good! They release updates frequently and the new features are great.

“Fantastic for feedback”
Pros
The templates are great for gathering employee feedback and measuring engagement levels. the tool makes it so easy to have communication and feedback between employees and managers. It provides actionable insights for engagement and performance metrics. Plus with frequent updates based on customer feedback and changing workplace needs, it keeps getting better. We have access to dedicated customer support teams to help with the implementation process.
Cons
Exporting reports to other formats for deeper analysis can be tricky sometimes. It requires some technical expertise to set up advanced integrations, so it would be nice if there were easier default configurations for that.

“works great for meetings and goals”
Pros
My favorite features are: One-on-one meetings: I can use a template, create one as needed or launch them automatically. Both the supervisor and direct report can provide status updates and contribute topics to the discussion ahead of time. Its a great way to stay informed while keeping the discussion focused on priority topics. It's perfect for staff who like to plan ahead instead of responding on the spot. Plus, it's great for performance management and setting expectations. Goals module: It's fantastic for setting and tracking progress on goals. It gamifies the process, keeps it dynamic and makes it visible to both supervisors and employees. You can even pull goals from the Goals Module into the one-on-one meeting forms for check-ins... so neat! Both supervisors and employees really appreciate this feature.
Cons
Sometimes using the calendar feature is not as smooth as using Outlook. For example, if I need to reschedule a 1:1 meeting, I can't do it in the system if the automatic meeting form has not been launched yet. I have to log into the meeting form to set up a Teams/Zoom meeting rather than just clicking a link in my Outlook calendar. Also the PDF exports of the one-on-one forms sometimes have spacing/formatting issues but they're still usable.

“AI helps improve comments”
Pros
I can ask AI to improve the wording of my comments and half the time, I actually prefer the AI version over my own. I can see this helping many of my leaders become more effective especially if they don't have formal rhetoric training.
Cons
I wish it would link action plan dates and other deadlines directly to my Outlook calendar. That would be so much easier!

“solid choice for recognition”
Pros
Having a space to recognize others and appreciate their work makes the workplace more collegial and productive. It helps spread examples of excellence throughout the team and company. It's easy to use and add features as needed. But for it to work well, the company needs to build a culture of honest collaboration.otherwise, buy-in and frequent use will be low. This is a great motivator for management.
Cons
On the flip side, the Work Performance feature is awful especially for goals and 1:1s. It's not simple and there are multiple places to enter information, most of which are impossible to find. You just stumble upon them and they contradict each other. Honestly, trying to track goals in that section is just a nightmare!

“ES&S Quantum Review - Tyler”
Pros
What I appreciate about this software is how user-friendly it is and how effortlessly I can extract data from it.
Cons
Program changes that deviate from our historical data collection appear to exclude us from new updates and features.
