“Helps track goals and stay connected”
Pros
I love using It... It lets me track my goals, add comments and updates and show my progress. My manager can see where I am at and leave comments too. Plus I can track my 1:1's and add things I want to discuss which is shared with my manager and gives us both talking points. I also enjoy seeing company-wide goals, it makes me feel connected and in the loop.
Cons
The least helpful thing for me is that I don't know how to fully use everything It has to offer. A bit more training or information on all its capabilities would be really helpful.

“Good tool...needs more flexibility”
Pros
its like a one-stop shop for all our performance management needs. From goal setting to feedback, check-ins and reviews, it has everything we need. It is easy to use and our employees use it regularly. We have also integrated it with Teams, so everyone gets reminders for action items. The support has been great, too... they always help us make the most of new features.
Cons
It rolls out a lot of new features which is great but we usually only learn about them by using the system. When we discover something, we have to ask It to explain it to us. Also, sometimes the system does not fit exactly how we want it to work at our firm. it would be nice if we could customize it more to suit our needs rather than having to adapt to It's setup.

“great experience with consistent feedback”
Pros
Using this tool has been a great experience. It's really easy to use from an admin perspective and super interactive. It's made giving consistent feedback to my team so much easier. We use it monthly and quarterly and it's really cut down on the time we used to spend on reviews, so we can focus more on business stuff.
Cons
Im only using the survey and feedback part of the system right now, so no complaints yet.

“easy to use but calendar integration needs work”
Pros
Incredibly easy to use and set up goals, to-dos and other tasks. I love how interactive and simple the platform is. Everything is right where you need it!
Cons
integration with Outlook calendar could be smoother. It generates an email after every update to 1-on-1 meetings and it struggles to update or remove old calendar tasks.

“Engaging system but slow employee adoption”
Pros
This system is one of the most engaging I have seen. It's visually pleasing and has lots of options. We are still in the implementation phase but things are moving along quickly. I'm confident it'll be an easy system for our employees to get into!
Cons
Getting employees to buy into the system has been a challenge. They have never used something like this before, so it's going to take time for them to get used to it.

“best choice for reviews”
Pros
I like how friendly most of the user interactions are. It's easy to write reviews and it saves progress really well. The system provides a solid framework for consistent reviews which is awesome.
Cons
I wish I could see reviews after I have submitted them. It's hard to go back to my pending peer reviews list once they are submitted. It would also be nice to compare old reviews with new ones. I feel like management does not really take full advantage of the review features outside of the yearly cycle.

Pros
This is awesome for tracking both individual and team goals and getting real-time feedback throughout the year. It does a great job organizing feedback, reviews and goals for each team member, so you can easily communicate where improvement is needed and where people are excelling.
Cons
At first, it's easy to get lost in all the different screens but once you get the hang of it, using the platform becomes much easier.

Pros
I have not had any challenges with the software, it was super easy to pick up. It seems like there's a lot of customization available for how it's implemented (though I'm just an end user, so I am not sure about the backend). I have not run into any bugs and I haven't needed support because the user guides are really detailed and cover everything I need.
Cons
It works best when your company already has strong performance management and employee engagement systems in place. It's not a "plug-and-play" platform, so if your company does not have those systems, It won't magically fix that. At least, that's been my experience.
