Pros
I appreciate having access to comprehensive benefits packages that cover health, prescriptions, dental and vision. The healthcare accounts are a nice addition too.
Cons
Customer support could definitely be better. I haven't seen much feedback about it either way which isn't exactly reassuring when you need help.
