Pros

I think having all important documents and metrics for salary and attendance management in one place makes decision making faster and easier for both managers and employees.

Cons

I'm not sure how the internal hierarchy of the organization works in this software, or if it's customizable but the default layout could use some improvement. It doesn't show much information at once which makes it a bit hard to navigate.
