“Flexible agreements that just work
Pros
A powerful, feature-rich tool without feeling overwhelming to use !! Working with several different types of agreements in one place has been possible and that flexibility has been really valuable in day-to-day use.
Cons
Setting up user rights in the classic version feels more complicated than it should be. Getting it done is possible but that part of the system definitely isn't as simple as the rest.

“Scheduling that saves time
Pros
As a cloud-based scheduling tool, this has been really helpful for me. Access while on the go is a real help in day-to-day work. Simplicity is one of its biggest advantages because it saves time and allows focus on other tasks instead of getting stuck in scheduling.
Cons
this platform is a very complete service and no major problems have come up. The only real issue right now is that we are still in a transition period and have not received Quinyx Neo yet which creates a few limitations. The main one noticed is that each employee can only have one fixed schedule at the moment. Aside from that temporary restriction, no real complaints exist.

“split platforms
Pros
The user-friendly feel especially in the app is a major plus. Simple navigation and use in day-to-day work makes routine tasks much more convenient.
Cons
At the moment some frustration exists because Quinyx is still in a transition phase between two platforms. Since certain features are missing from the newer platform, switching back and forth between both systems is sometimes necessary to get things done. On top of that, the dashboard could be improved quite a bit to better support and optimize managers' daily work.

“quicker work with quinyx
Pros
From what's been seen so far Quinyx simplifies the way work gets done and helps things move faster. Some of the hassle has been taken out of day-to-day tasks which has already made a positive difference.
Cons
No major issues have come up. Recent adoption of Quinyx means learning is still in progress and the platform is also continuing to get updates as we go.

“Really simple to use
Pros
Right away the simplicity of the software stood out. Understanding how everything worked happened very quickly and the whole system feels clear and user-friendly from the start.
Cons
On the downside the fingerprint clock-in hardware can be quite temperamental at times. That said a website option is also available and using that could make the whole process much more efficient.

“helpful staffing and forecast tracking
Pros
Much simpler monitoring of staff working hours and alignment with forecasts, that's the real appreciation for Quinyx. A much closer eye on scheduling and labor planning is possible now and that has really helped with staying organized.
Cons
Struggling a bit when trying to locate certain features in the menus happens. The navigation can feel a little complicated now and then especially when something specific is needed.

“user-friendly once learned
Pros
Familiarity with this tool made it quite simple to use and navigate in day-to-day work.
Cons
The learning curve at the beginning was the main drawback. Proper understanding took a while and showing it to and teaching other colleagues was not very simple either.
