“Mobile employee feedback solution”
Pros
Best part for me is that employees are kept informed very quickly in a mobile, modern way and I can see they can also communicate with each other securely. Staff participation is possible at any time through the survey tool which makes feedback fast and simple to collect.
Cons
There are no three-step processes available for the practical implementation of digital forms.

“Centralized onboarding communication app”
Pros
It works really well for onboarding and for keeping communication fast and I have noticed it saves both paper and time while bringing employees into the process through surveys and campaigns. It also serves as a central place to store documents and I find the interface simple and very user-friendly.
Cons
I really can't point to any downsides, since the app is very self-explanatory.

“Secure interactive communication software”
Pros
This has become our number one communication tool. Since the beginning, I have seen it allow new processes to be created quickly and tailored to our needs, then rolled out to employees without much effort. It offers a simple way to enable secure communication between staff and the company, while also being interactive and fully documentable and analyzable. Support has been fast and reliable and I have found the technical implementation very strong.
Cons
As a standalone web application, it does not connect directly with other applications. That said, with its very simple xls/csv interfaces, this has not really been a hurdle and for us it is still fully integrable into our existing systems.

Pros
Product has been very user-friendly and simple to use and I find the administration side really easy. Since introducing it, I have seen our internal employee communication improve a lot and we've been able to digitize vacation requests as well.
Cons
The improvement suggestions I had are already being implemented.

Groups and channels have become absolutely indispensable for us and I have experienced the support team as outstanding.
Cons
Chat read receipts are still missing and forms would benefit from having multi-step approval workflows.

“Perfect tool for my team!!”
Pros
Getting the app up and running was easy in my case and I found that members had no trouble using it right away. It covers everything important for communicating, planning appointments, sharing information and more. Before this, I had to rely on several different tools but now everything is centralized in one app. On top of that, I see the support team and developers doing an outstanding job and continuously improving the app which is why I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
Cons
We haven't noticed any shortcomings so far. Suggestions for further development or improvements are welcomed and appreciated.

“GDPR compliant workplace communication”
Pros
GDPR-compliant communication is a big plus for me and I find the desktop version makes office work much more convenient. Channels are useful and I also find features like campaigns, forms and surveys make the workload noticeably easier to manage. I can also create a wiki which adds even more value.
Cons
Getting started is fairly easy since our employees were already familiar with tools like WhatsApp. Chatting works in a similar way but this software offers quite a few more options. On mobile devices, the reliance on mobile data can occasionally cause chat messages to be delivered a bit late, although this only affects a very small number of messages.

“Transparent multi location collaboration”
Pros
One of the best things about this application for me is how much working time we save through written communication, while also making collaboration much more transparent. That matters even more because users work across different locations and branches and I have noticed it has improved employee satisfaction as well.
Cons
Bringing the application into our existing workflows was very easy and it has made things much easier for the administrative team. One suggestion I have is to add push notifications for survey results and to show the most frequent contacts when starting a chat.

Pros
Across HR, IT, government-related topics, finance and other areas, I find the platform gives access to business-relevant information and even allows interaction through comments. Departments can share updates such as job openings or IT outages which keeps communication visible and timely. I also appreciate the interest-based push notifications for new updates, along with information and support pages that complement the news and documents well. On top of that, I can see the role-based access and admin management working effectively and the interface can be customized to match the company's CI/CD with the right colors and logo.
Cons
A clear limitation is that there's no option to build custom interfaces to surrounding systems. It also can't really be embedded into the existing system landscape or connected with tools already in place. Another drawback is that the app can't be used on a TV to stream news. In addition, centralized control and management of employees, permissions and roles directly from an ERP system such as ABACUS is not possible.
