UI could be more user-friendly. Also, the site can get really slow sometimes. I've even had trouble opening my payslips because it's so sluggish.

The support team can be slow to respond sometimes. It's not awful but the delay does hold things back. If they could speed up their response time, it'd take everything to the next level.

So far I have not come across anything I don't like. We are able to use most of the features just fine.

I have been using it for a while and honestly it's super user friendly. Whether it's tracking attendance, managing the employee database or onboarding new hires, everything just works and it's accurate too.

It is pretty simple but it gets the job done. What really impresses me is that it still runs smoothly even when our internet slows down.

My only issue is the response time, it's a bit slow. Authorization especially takes a while.

The Ramco HCM module is seriously powerful and it covers all our company's needs. And the best part? We can configure it however we want instead of paying extra for custom builds.

Nothing major to complain about. Plus the support team's been solid for us.

With Ramco I can handle payroll, run performance appraisals, mark daily attendance and delegate roles all from one place.. it's really simplified things for me. Having everything centralized saves so much time and eliminates the headache of jumping between different systems.
