The option for improvement

Pros

It is simple and easy to use software with a great layout that's very user-friendly.

Cons

There are many hidden options like the ORGANIGRAM which is very important for my role and should be more prominently highlighted.

easy to use for evaluations

Pros

I find Rankmi easy to use and user friendly, for both administrators and users who need to evaluate or be evaluated.

Cons

It does not have the option to mark when the feedback meeting has been scheduled and set the date using a calendar.

Great management tool

Pros

complex user onboarding

Pros

The support team was responsive and positive which contributed to a smooth process. The platform is functional and includes several strong features. Also, the real-time progress tracking and the integrated invitation system are efficient and practical

Cons

Previously we used a single form, but due to the platform's setup, we had to split it into two parts. When users tried to join through a link, it caused confusion and issues for the staff making the process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. I ended up redoing some work. For operational staff the process was long and tedious. We spent a lot of time helping them with login instructions, resetting passwords and managing the two separate forms. We even had to follow up when they left it incomplete. I expected it to be simpler like just sharing one link without the need for a login. The design of the invitation and reminder emails could also be more professional. Our company has two domains but only the mega alimentos domain was used. Using the sasj domain would have added more time.
