I'd hold off on this one, the software has some serious flaws. When it processes resumes, it messes up candidate email addresses and indexes them wrong. It's very surprising they haven't caught something this basic during testing.

He really helped us meet our deadline with no stress. When we bumped into each other at Oracle's Cloud World in 2023, we discovered Rchilli Recharge and I was seriously impressed. It's the perfect match with Oracle Recruiting Cloud. The ability to fully customize the package at a locked-in price makes everything run so much smoother. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable resume parsing tool.
