By my experience, the integration with Oracle Recruiting Cloud was smooth sailing and working with Josh Adams made the whole process a lot easier. He really helped us meet our deadline with no stress. When we bumped into each other at Oracle's Cloud World in 2023, we discovered Rchilli Recharge and I was seriously impressed. It's the perfect match with Oracle Recruiting Cloud. The ability to fully customize the package at a locked-in price makes everything run so much smoother. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable resume parsing tool.
Cons
Main downside is that it needs dedicated resources to support the application, which is tough when we're trying to keep costs down.

APIs work like a charm. We hardly ever need technical support these days and when we do, it's pretty much always a quick fix.
Cons
Resume parsing isn't perfect, since every format is different and this tool still struggles with certain types occasionally. But honestly, the failure rate is very low compared to what you'd expect from any parsing system.
