Pros
The platform takes care of around 60-70% of the hiring work through its AI features, from finding the right candidates to scheduling and even handling interviews. One feature I really appreciate is the virtual interview option where the AI can run the interview and assess candidates without needing human involvement. On top of that the customer support team is consistently responsive and very quick when it comes to resolving questions.
Cons
At this point I do not have any major complaints. The only improvement I would suggest is adding more job boards to the platform which would make job posting more convenient and faster from one place.

Pros
Getting started with the software is easy! Its AI powered tools such as 3 way communication, virtual interviews and auto generated assessments, cut down a lot of the manual work involved in hiring. Because of that the recruitment process is now much more efficient and noticeably faster.
Cons
There's not much to criticize. If anything they could improve job posting by adding more integrations with different job boards which would make multiplatform posting even more efficient.
