“valuable psycholinguistic insights”
Pros
Gives me another layer of insight that really helps support my clients especially when they want deeper analysis and a bit of a competitive advantage. On top of that their customer support is outstanding and does an amazing job making the whole product experience feel smooth!
Cons
The biggest challenge is that it can take a while to walk clients through psycholinguistics, explain the science behind it and help them understand what the results mean alongside the more traditional metrics they're already familiar with.
