There are so many different badges you can earn! It's really fun to see the variety.

It has tons of options for rewarding people which is great. What I like most is the stream where you can see random recognitions from different departments across the company. It would be cool if they had a page for "Recognition of the Week" or "Highlighted Recognition of the Month," though.

One downside I can think of is that there are limits on how many recognition badges you can give within a certain time frame. It would be nice if there were a little more flexibility.

I feel like most companies already have something pretty similar so it does not feel super original. I also think it might be easy for some employees to take advantage of the program and send sarcastic or ironic recognitions. Just my honest feedback!

Only thing I dislike is how my work has limited the number of recognitions we can give each other to just 3 points. I wish they'd at least bump it up to 5! It's hard to even get a gift card with only 3 points.

Why are the GIFs so large? I think it would be a nice feature to allow us to exclude the recognition from the feed. That could clean things up a bit.
