I really appreciate how this platform helps me recognize people for all kinds of "badges" and reasons that really highlight their hard work. It's a great way to show appreciation for the little things that often go unnoticed. I also enjoy getting reminders about people's birthdays and anniversaries AND it adds that personal touch that makes work feel more connected.
Cons
I have to sign in to it every single time I want to use it whether it's through the Teams app, browser or mobile app. It's really annoying and kind of disrupts the flow.
