It's so simple to navigate and the AI-powered content creation blows me away. Plus I like that I can draft a job listing within two minutes and instantly syndicate it to premium job boards at no extra charge.

The free trial is pretty limited in what it lets you do and it lacks built-in ways to evaluate candidate skills for example, coding challenges or other assessments. It also doesn't provide tools to score or rank applicants based on suitability, a feature that many contemporary ATS solutions include out of the box or via integrations.

However I struggle because they don't have a resume reader or scanner, which makes searching and matching candidates less efficient.

This is the best hiring software I've used so far as it's super easy to navigate and the interface is really clean. I also love features like AI Talent Matching and Resume Parsing. Plus the HR tools such as the JD Generator and the assortment of free templates are amazing. Moreover everything is provided at a very reasonable price and their customer support is available 24x7 to assist me and my team whenever we need help.

What I really like about this platform is how user-friendly it is. I've tried several ATSs and Recooty is the best AI-powered one I have used. It includes all the features an ATS should have, plus it alignes hiring and integrates with many job boards. Their customer support is outstanding which for me is what makes it stand out as the top ATS.

Updating statuses and using the dashboard is consistently smooth and efficient. I also find the interface very user-friendly which means I can move around easily and finish tasks quickly. On top of that the real-time updates keep everything accurate and up to date, which really boosts productivity and helps me make better decisions.

I've noticed that free application credits aren't easy to find, which can cause some confusion for me and my team. Also I think the overall UI could use some improvements to make navigation and visual clarity better.

I began using Recooty very recently and opted for the transparent 14-day free trial which gave me a clear understanding of the platform. That trial helped me feel confident enough to commit and now I am planning to keep using it to hire more agents for my business. From what I've seen so far, it's a great recruiting tool and I would definitely tell other business owners to take a look at what it offers.

Cons

One thing I wasn't happy about was the lack of a phone line for support. Although the customer support team does reply and resolves my questions and issues fairly quickly, I would prefer being able to call them directly when something urgent comes up.
