Cons
The formatting options can feel a bit limited and every now and then there are unexplained issues with resumes that pass through the system though they are actively working to resolve them.

Pros
Because of the way our business operates we constantly need a large number of resumes formatted the same way and turned around quickly. It has made a huge difference in how fast we can get that done and now every resume comes out looking polished, consistent and very professional.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about. From time to time we get resumes in foreign languages so the final version may need an extra review to make sure everything is accurate but that is really the only issue that comes to mind.
