smooth integration and user-friendly mail merge

Pros

It works well with everything else we use. Also the platform is incredibly easy to navigate, making it simple to keep all our information organized in one place. The mail merge feature is also simple to use and we can quickly store and search through resumes using specific keywords.

Cons

Redmatch does not let us manage our job portals directly which makes it pretty tough to merge resumes from different portals in this system.

Outdated, unhelpful and poor support

Pros

There is not a single thing about it that I like.

Cons

The interface feels really outdated like something from the '90s. On top of that error messages show up in Hebrew which is not helpful since I don't understand the language. I also could not find an easy way to download several resumes at once or filter candidates by specific qualities. When I emailed the support during my first week, I never heard back. They only replied once I asked to cancel. The new platform we are looking at is not only more affordable but also modernized as it can scan and process resumes and even works smoothly on mobile.
