Cons
Their customer support is poor, the admin tools feel far from even basic and the documentation doesn't match how things actually work in practice.

“Recognition points are redeemable for vouchers
Pros
Reflektive has a great recognition and feedback system. Team members can publicly thank each other for help or project work as it feels genuine and motivating. You can also send points or just a personal note and both work well. And I especially like that points can be redeemed for vouchers on major online stores and even cinema sites which adds a nice, real reward. It even helps build better connections among employees. The software also has a helpful goal-setting feature. Managers or employees can set monthly or quarterly goals that tie into both personal growth and company objectives. Goals can differ per person which is useful. Tracking goals this way helps me monitor progress and celebrate wins. The platform also makes performance reviews easier and includes a survey tool which is great for collecting honest feedback from everyone.
Cons
To be honest I haven't come across any issues so far in my use of the product. Perhaps some limitations or issues might appear later on as we use it more over time.

“Unprofessional reps cause frustration
Pros
There are many useful features and I also appreciate that Reflektive offers free access to surveys.
Cons
Some features are poorly planned and the training and documentation are lacking much of it is years out of date. Also my old account rep was not helpful and acted unprofessionally. It also took way too long to get a replacement. I had to follow up several times just to find out why no one had been assigned. Even after they finally gave me a new rep, I still have not heard from them which has been really frustrating.

“Streamlines reviews with survey tools
Pros
I've been using it at our company and find it to be really user friendly platform that helps streamline our annual reviews and overall performance evaluations. It also serves as an employee engagement survey tool, so it is fairly comprehensive. The way it brings together a big-picture view of employees and their relationship with the organization is genuinely useful for HR and managers. We rely on it with teams on a quarterly or yearly cadence and its analytics capabilities help both the team and managers draw meaningful insights from the results. That functionality is particularly beneficial for larger teams and has saved us a significant amount of time.
Cons
What I dont like is the lack of prebuilt templates that HR and managers can easily customize. I'd also like better integrations with other tools like Workday as current options feel limited. The Gmail integration is especially clunky and does not always work well. Depending on how the system is set up, it can also be hard to get a clear overview and align goals across different teams.

Pros
Reflektive app allows me to share my appreciation for colleagues in a constructive way which I find really helpful and encouraging.
Cons
I wish it were easier to locate my peers within the platform and that the app could automatically tag the managers or directors they report to so I would not have to keep asking people to tell me who their supervisors are.

Pros
The user interface is modern and very easy to navigate and it is easy to use. I also like how customizable the application is as each employee can view their complete organizational chart at the company level, department level or team level. That capability is extremely handy when I want to acknowledge someone at a particular level.
Cons
At the moment I do not have any other issues to mention but one improvement I'd love to see from it is a built-in quarterly reminder for employees goals. Right now I do not receive alerts when I'm slipping behind on an objective and it would be really useful to get timely reminders about overdue goal progress.

“Useful features with a confusing interface
Pros
Features like OKRs, recognition and one on one feedback are especially useful. I can also run peer reviews and performance scores are calculated easily. Overall the app has clear sections and a simple layout and I like being able to sign in with Google and other options.
Cons
Sometimes the user interface can be confusing and I miss reliable email notifications.

Pros
It is very user-friendly and highly customizable so everyone on the team can easily see it. I also really love that praise reaches a much wider audience and feels far more meaningful than just a Slack message or email.
Cons
I dont see many drawbacks but I do notice that employees often forget to use it which limits its impact unless it's regularly promoted or reminded.

“Customizable settings are the best
Pros
One thing I like is that I can customize settings by department and by level. The variety of security options and the ability to set up communication templates ahead of time are also big advantages.
Cons
I find it frustrating that we cannot set different deadlines by department. Some teams have different payroll cycles, so a single due date does not work for everyone. I also cannot link my personal goal to a team goal in the goals view as that view is only visible to my team, not the whole company. We got around it by tagging people with help from support but that extra step shouldn't be needed. Also when someone publicly thanks a coworker, that feedback does not show up for the coworker's manager. Our workaround is to tag the manager too but that can confuse higher-ups, since the manager's manager then sees the same feedback twice.

Pros
Reflektive's customer support is simply exceptional and I genuinely have no issues to mention.

I really like that employees can recognize anyone in the company and managers can see all that recognition during reviews. That kind of transparency adds real value to the performance process.
Cons
Let me tell you that it was harder than expected to make the tool fit our review process. After we updated our workflow, it has not kept up so things don't run as smoothly anymore. To be fair, the team worked hard to support us and was very helpful throughout, even if the end result did not fully meet our needs.

“User-friendly with useful reporting updates
Pros
The tool is very user-friendly and looks great. Also it is not cluttered and has just the right number of features not too overwhelming. The reporting is especially useful for tracking adoption and finding our most active users. I also appreciate the updates they have rolled out as they have fixed many early issues like adding the option to assign a second manager which has been really helpful.
Cons
It tends to get forgotten by people as I often have to remind colleagues about its benefits so they'll remember to log in and actually use it, since right now it feels like an extra step. I hope using it more will make that habit stick and I expect the new integrations for example the Microsoft Teams connection will make access and adoption easier as well.

“Valuable dashboards but complex admin
Pros
Yes there are a few things that I like such as different dashboards like 1:1s, Goals, Reviews, Surveys, Intelligence and Feedback. Plus the 1:1 meetings and goals have been especially valuable for my team.
Cons
On the administrative side I am annoyed by how complex it can be. And sometimes the software has bugs and I find it hard to move questions when I'm building evaluations. The export options in the reporting are very limited too and I would love more import capabilities. Also there is not a easy way for me to export data into a presentation or report, so I end up doing a lot of copy and paste across different programs to pull together and summarize the information from it.
