This has been a real time saver and it gives managers plenty of flexibility to update schedules whenever employee needs change.

Cons

One ongoing challenge is that the rules set up during onboading were never clearly explained and that now creates problems with basic scheduling needs like opening and closing shifts as well as meeting employees minimum hour requirements.
