Cons
Hard to browse when you have tons of tabs open and entering lengthy records gets tedious. Also wish sharing with coworkers was easier.

Pros
I find this software really simple to get the hang of. It's helped us streamline our workflow and made client communication much smoother. The support team has been very professional. They're always there when you need them, respond quickly, and are genuinely friendly to work with.
Cons

Really appreciate how flexible this platform is and how well they listen to user feedback. It's exciting to see our suggestions actually get implemented which directly benefits our clients. The customer success and support team is friendly!
Cons
Being a newer platform, I've encountered some bugs here and there, though they typically get resolved pretty fast. The team is constantly working on improvements. I'm really looking forward to when they launch a mobile-optimized version for providers. One thing that could be better is how they communicate about new feature releases, sometimes the timing and clarity could be better.
