“Falls short on execution and reliability
Pros
it is nicely positioned and at first glance looks like an appealing option for companies that need to manage distributed teams effectively.
Cons
however I've found that the actual operational execution falls short of what I expected. Whenever problems pop up,especially with core services,the communication becomes disjointed and sluggish and escalating an issue rarely gets you to a real fix. Their replies often feel like ticking boxes rather than taking responsibility and I'm left struggling to identify who owns the problem or who can drive a decisive outcome. Since this platform is supposed to be at the heart of payroll, compliance and employee trust, I believe this unreliability and weak escalation process pose a serious risk.

“Simple, clean and financially clear
Pros
In my experience it is simple and clean to use. When money is involved I want a quick and easy-to-understand way to manage everything and this delivers. I can quickly locate every invoice I need and I can issue bonuses or handle any deductions without any issue.
Cons
I've noticed the controls for contractors to edit certain details are still a bit limited or occasionally buggy. Having said that the support team always jumps in quickly to fix things and push the necessary updates and I can see these improvements being released fast!
