efficient tool with amazing support

Pros

This platform has been a huge help in making sure I have a really clear and solid contract with my company. The whole process from when I first joined as a contractor all the way through my transition to becoming a full employee has been easy. Their team has always been incredibly responsive.. getting back to me with fast answers whenever I've needed them.

Cons

there's nothing negative I can point to. Everything about my experience from the platform to the support has been working great for me.

Tax help was a lifesaver

Pros

A big thank you to the support team for helping us with some difficult tax form questions. They didn't just give an answer, they provided quick, helpful solutions which I was very impressed by. Also setting up my account was incredibly easy and took no time at all.

Cons

the portal doesn't have very clear information or guidance when it comes to tax forms. It can be a bit confusing to locate what I need and understand the steps.

My experience with this tool

Pros

This is my first time using a platform like this so I am still in the exploration phase. I plan on checking things out as I go and seeing how everything works for my specific situation.

Cons

I think RemoFirst would benefit from establishing their own local entities in the countries they operate in rather than working through other third-party companies.

easy setup with great local support

Pros

I really value RemoFirst's efficiency and how available they make themselves. Their partnership with a local correspondent here in France has been particularly useful for me. For my daily needs I use MY SILAE to handle my leave and pay slips and EXPENSIA to get reimbursed for any work-related travel costs. The best part was how quick and painless the initial setup was, every step was clearly explained during our various email exchanges, so there was no confusion.

Cons

There's honestly nothing I dislike or would suggest changing at this moment. My experience has been positive all around.

welcoming start with smooth sailing

Pros

a simple hub for remote work

Pros

What I enjoy about this tool is its simplicity. it is just very easy to use. My onboarding process was smooth without any complicated steps or hiccups and it took hardly any time to get my profile complete. It's become my central hub for managing everything with my US-based employer while I live in Mexico making it easy to track my documents and benefits. Uploading any required paperwork is also a easy process on their platform.

Good at contracts and needs faster onboarding

Pros

It is pretty easy especially when it comes to handling the important stuff like government documents and contracts. Here in The Philippines that clarity is crucial for accessing government benefits. The contract they provide spells everything out plainly, what you're signing up for, the benefits you receive and the company policies. Once you get through that initial setup everything else just falls into place.

Cons

the onboarding process could be improved a bit. In my case it took more than a week to get everything fully set up and running which felt a little longer than I expected for a process like this.

Helpful and engaged team!

Pros

The team I have interacted with has been genuinely engaged, friendly and always willing to help. They get back to you in a timely manner which I appreciate. It's also clear they have a good, reliable network of local partners that makes the whole experience feel more grounded.

Cons

Well...one thing to note is that it is not a free service which is a consideration. There's a cost associated with using the platform so that's always a factor to keep in mind.

Ideal solution for me

Pros

One of the standout things for me has been the on-time and crystal-clear communication from their team. Beyond that I am a fan of the features they offer and the user interface which is interactive and easy to use without any problem.

Cons

friendly tool but poor app

It is very easy and friendly to use overall. One specific aspect I appreciate a lot is the upload function...it's simple, doesn't have unnecessary steps and just gets the job done without any effort.

Good support but offboarding issues

Pros

Fast & clear but cost is high

Pros

smooth setup with best upport

Pros

Setting up our Remo account was a simple process. I was assigned a dedicated person to guide me through it and I could call them directly with any questions. Coordinating the setup with our finance department was easy and has worked perfectly. The website itself is interactive and easy to use, allowing me to make multiple changes in just a few steps. The cost is reasonable for the value provided. Finally, on the occasions I've had an issue, the customer service has been both helpful and friendly.

Cons

I haven't experienced any real downside or negative aspect yet so there's honestly nothing more I need to add here. It's been a positive experience for me.

Lack of clear, crucial information

Pros

it was quick and ready to use immediately after our initial request was processed but that's about it.

Cons

A major issue for us was that we were not fully informed about everything throughout the process. Given that this involves employment, salary and life security, that's an absolute no-go. For example they didn't provide us with some critical information at the right time which unfortunately led to situations where some individuals couldn't receive their money and faced significant difficulties.

Fast simple setup!

Pros

Their 24-hour support team provides quick responses which helps solve issues fast and saves me time. I find this very efficient and valuable. Also, the initial setup is excellent and it's so simple that it only takes about five minutes.

Cons

very friendly for daily tasks

Pros

I love how user-friendly it is. It makes routine work like submitting documents and expenses incredibly easy. The dashboard is fantastic, I get a perfect overview of my income, can manage my expenses and time-off in a few clicks and clearly see my job status with fast access to everything I need. The initial setup was simple too.

Pros

Up till now I use it for updating my account and personal information. I find it very accessible to log into unlike some other websites that can be difficult to access. genuinely caring support

Pros

I like how kind and patient their team is whenever they communicate. I value the way they step up to answer our numerous local compliance questions and it's clear to me from their responsiveness that they genuinely care about my overall experience.

Cons

Hiring across many countries has led to occasional confusion around differing regulations but I recognize most of that confusion comes from our side since we're still figuring things out as we expand.

whenever I need a specific document they support me in a very timely and efficient manner. They promptly provide things like the holiday list and employment letters.
