Reliable support team

Pros

Right away the customer interface feels easy and new payment features get introduced really quickly. I use RemotePass regularly for all of my international transactions and having everything connected in one place makes the whole process very convenient. Their support team is also quite large and incredibly responsive, on one occasion, they stepped in to resolve a transaction issue and made sure everything went through without any trouble.

Cons

There was one time when I was slightly late for a transaction but considering how simple the platform is to use and how strong the support is, it wasn't a big deal to me.

simple setup and flexible withdrawals

Pros

Getting started on the platform feels very easy. The interface is simple to follow and setting up an account or exploring the basic features doesn't take much effort, even without much prior experience. Another thing that works well is the range of withdrawal options, including local bank transfers and digital wallets which makes accessing funds from different places much more convenient. The guide documentation is also well organized and detailed, so onboarding and troubleshooting are much easier. The instructions are clear enough that there's less need to reach out for support.

Cons

A few sections of the site still feel a bit clunky and not as polished as they could be, with some tasks taking more clicks than necessary. The withdrawal flow could also be more direct, since it currently requires going into the contract and manually checking it before completing the withdrawal. A simpler process would definitely save time and effort.

powerful features and quick support

Pros

Whenever I've needed help, the support team has responded quickly. The software is simple to use, integrates without much effort and comes with plenty of useful features. Implementation was also easy and didn't take much time.

Cons

no complaints. Everything has worked well overall and if anything, it could be made a little faster even though it already performs well.

Pros

Every part of the platform feels well thought out and the user experience is smooth from one step to the next. You can tell usability has been considered across all user journeys.

Cons

nothing to complain about since everything works well overall. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a mobile app in the future.

clean design !

Pros

clean layout made it simple to use and the whole platform feels very user-friendly. Customer support has also been quick to respond whenever needed which I really appreciate. On top of that they provide several withdrawal options and the exchange rates have felt fair.

Cons

Clear interface and workflow

Pros

Platform feels simple and there's rarely any need to stop and figure out what to do next. Everything about the UI/UX is laid out clearly and makes the whole experience easy.

Cons

At times the process can take a while from withdrawal through to completion and when an issue comes up, it can leave you stuck for too long especially since there's no clear SLA for getting it resolved.

remote work essentials done right !

Pros

Working remotely has been much better with RemotePass. The platform is very clear overall, especially the interface and user experience, so everything feels well organized and easy to use. Features like transactions, invoices, wallets and currencies are all exactly where you'd expect them to be which makes things quick to find. I use RemotePass almost every day and it's been an excellent website with great integration into the business system.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is the withdrawal update process. When I withdraw money, it only says that I'll receive it in a certain number of days. It would be much better if there were a live countdown for those days or at least a specific payout date shown, like "you will receive your money on 8/12/2024."

Using it has been convenient and easy. The customer support team is excellent and available anytime which has been really helpful. I also appreciate the feature that gives several options.

excellent withdrawal rates and virtual card

Pros

The payout experience has been really smooth with strong withdrawal rates and low charges and keeping funds on a virtual card adds a lot of flexibility.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see improved is the physical card having the ability to withdraw cash from ATMs. Also, from an insurance point of view, it would be better if medicines were covered too. I have a situation where I buy medicine every month, so having those expenses reimbursed would be very helpful.

Pros

Having payments and withdrawal methods all in one place makes things very convenient and the support has been excellent throughout.

Cons

At the moment i haven't run into any real downsides. The only thing that could make it even better would be having a card available for Croatia.
