This software is good overall andd easy to use. Technical support is exceptional too and the company provides in-depth training on-demand training so if theres a first time user they can lern better!!

Quite user-friendly and it helps me match people with their career goals so overall makes search efforts easier.
Cons
Con is that everything has to be entered manually. I think there also arent enough upgrades available for our needs,.. its frustrating.

I liked the one time purchase/non cloud version because it kind of delivered what i needed.
Cons
For me, i found the color very bland and i think it needs an update cause old gray looks aren't too apealing.
