“Awesome collab tool
Pros
We're a financial services company with two offices in India and we rely on staying productive and accurate when working with our clients. Retable has been a huge help for that. It keeps our team on the same page and really boosts our workflow. What I really appreciate is how the their team actually listens to our feedback and makes improvements. That kind of support makes a big difference.
Cons
I've run into a few small issues here and there but honestly, nothing major. If they iron those out, this could seriously be the perfect alternative to Airtable which let's be real, is expensive.

“A go to tool for solving work problems
Pros
It's honestly a great tool for getting more done and working better as a team. It makes real-time collaboration very easy whether it's on documents, spreadsheets or presentations. I love the automation side too especially how well it integrates with APIs. The keyboard shortcuts are a lifesaver especially when I'm writing or testing test cases. Plus, their customer service team is super proactive. I really recommend giving this app a shot.
Cons
There were a couple of times when the app went down while I was using it and that was a bit frustrating. Also, the user interface could definitely use a bit of polish and it's not terrible but it could be smoother. That said, it's still a solid app overall.

“Does it all when it comes to data work
Pros
As a user, I've found it to be incredibly flexible and easy to use. It's way better than the usual spreadsheet apps like Google Sheets or Excel. What really stands out to me are the special column types, you can collect different kinds of data like checkboxes, currency, calendar dates and even email addresses. I'm also a big fan of how easy it is to turn tables into forms that can be shared either internally or publicly. It's great for collaboration and collecting information. Being able to share tables publicly also adds a nice level of transparency. Sorting, filtering, and organizing everything is super smooth and I love that I can switch views between lists, boxes and graphs. It's just a smart tool that makes handling data so much easier for me.
Cons
One thing that's missing for me is more detailed guidance on how to create formulas. It works but I'd love it if they gave clearer instructions or examples to help make it easier.

“Handy platform for managing large scale contacts
Pros
It runs really smoothly and it's awesome that multiple people can work on it through one login at a time. One feature I really like is the video engagement and it makes it easier to connect with our clients or audience and helps us build long-term relationships. What really makes it stand out is how it handles database creation and people interaction. It's not just software, it actually feels like a long-term productivity partner. The free trial has tons of features which was perfect for testing everything out before making the decision to buy. Whether it's reaching new or current audiences, creating fresh and unique content or spreading our message fast, This makes it all doable. It even helps with customization and detailed graphical reporting.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems so far. The only thing we're hoping for is a longer trial period so we can do more in-depth testing and really get a feel for all the features and how everything works.

“Just start using it & it's that simple
Pros
The database maintenance tools in this tool are just very convenient. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so I don't have to waste time figuring things out. Everything from checking the features to updating our databases feels smooth and stress free. It really makes managing our data easy and that's been a big plus for our workflow.
Cons
Right now, it doesn't sync with Google Sheets and I think that's something it should definitely consider adding in the future. That kind of integration would make things a lot more seamless for us.

“One of the better tools I've tried
Pros
What I really like about it is that we can break down our projects into pieces, meet to discuss them and then actually execute everything, all in the same place. It keeps everyone on the team informed and makes the whole process so much more efficient.
Cons
We honestly haven't had many complaints. One surprise was realizing that a team member could lock a project and prevent others from editing it. It worked out fine but it made us think it might be smarter to set specific user roles especially in case someone leaves the team or isn't acting in good faith. Just a bit of a security concern to keep in mind.

“Helped us upgrade our data game
Pros
The way it lets you turn forms into tables is such a time saver. It makes data collection very easy and way more organized. No more entering stuff by hand which means fewer errors and way more accuracy. It's a small thing that makes a big difference in how we manage information.
Cons
If I had to pick something I'm not crazy about, it'd be the overall UI/UX. It's not horrible by any means, it works but something about the design or layout just doesn't click with me. Might just be a personal preference though.
