With this software, you can set specific keywords to easily navigate through candidates' resumes. The customer service is amazing, and they are highly responsive, available almost 24/7.
Cons
Initially, I faced some challenges when integrating Silkroad with our HRIS. However, after approximately two and a half months, I managed to resolve those issues.
